In a company there are all of these voices claiming to know what the next thing the company should do is. Sales talks about what "everybody" (read: "last person they talked to"). Development talks about what can build and how cool it is. Senior management talks about their "new visionary feature that will spring board the company to the next profit tier." (How's my C-level speak? I've been working on it.)With all of these voices, does it seem like Product Management's job in a company is to be the Voice of Sanity?
Nice!
