With so many applications available for the iPhone, there are still some things I would like my phone to do:
- make purchases wirelessly
- be a better camera (altho when I use my real camera, I take a reference photo with my iPhone so I have a geotag)
- tell me the actual temperature for the room I'm in (not the city). How often have you been in a thermostat war with coworkers who insist that he is hot and she is cold?
- be a level for hanging pictures (oh, wait... that one exists.)
For that matter, I'd be willing to give up all my security and privacy, letting my iPhone replace my wallet, watch, spectacles, and... keys. After all, I always have my phone. Don't you? Here in the backwater U.S., we're just discovering what the rest of the world has been doing for years.
Oh, and if you're bored, check out a 'guitar hero' style app called Tap Tap Revenge 2 featuring "The Future's Nothing New" from A Sucker's Dream by The Alternate Routes. (Download it from the Extreme Tracks option.)
